Cole Gmail Helper

This is the fallback path for Gmail while Google OAuth is blocked. It lets Chrome sync recent visible Gmail messages into your dashboard.

One-time setup

1. Download the helper zip.
2. Unzip it.
3. Open chrome://extensions.
4. Turn on Developer mode.
5. Click Load unpacked.
6. Select the unzipped helper folder.

How to use it

1. Open Gmail in Chrome and log in.
2. If you want the fullest detail for one email, open that email in Gmail first.
3. Click the Cole Gmail Helper extension.
4. Leave the dashboard URL as https://cole.kaicommand.com.
5. Click Sync Gmail to dashboard.
6. Refresh cole.kaicommand.com/.

Current limitation: this fallback is best for reading and triage. Draft replies save locally in the dashboard until the real Gmail OAuth path is fixed.
